Orders
All orders must be paid in full (including any delivery charge and taxes) before the start
of the baking process. Orders must be made according to the order/delivery table below
and must be confirmed with a follow-up email. The follow-up email will contain the
invoice and payment link.
Delivery
Mimi’s Buy the pound will deliver to physical addresses only (no PO boxes). We deliver
to Fulton, Cobb, Fayette, Dekalb, Douglas and Henry County. Delivery is included for
locations within 10 miles of East Point, GA. Prices vary depending on the delivery
location, enter your address & you will see your calculated delivery fee before you
check out.
***Local pickup within 3 miles of East Point is available at no cost. (Due to local zoning
ordinances, customers are not allowed to pick up from my residence.)

The customer is responsible for being present at the agreed upon location during delivery. We reserve the right to drop off orders if no one is present. Please be mindful to lock up your pets during the delivery time. We will do our best to honor the delivery order at the scheduled time or within the two-hour delivery window, however the time scheduled cannot be guaranteed.
Mimi’s cannot guarantee delivery if we are provided with an incorrect address.
In the event of severe weather there is possibility your order can be cancelled (and refunded) or delayed. We will do our best to honor the delivery order at the scheduled time or within the two-hour delivery window, however the time scheduled cannot be guaranteed in the event of severe weather or an unusual traffic delay.
Refunds
All sales are final. If you need to cancel your order, we will issue a store credit for a
future date. If Mimi’s makes an error with the order or there is a problem with quality of
the cake, we will issue a refund.
